PAYING BY MONEY ORDER
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
If you prefer to pay by money order
rather than use your credit card on our secure Website or don’t have a
credit card. No worries, just select the box that says Money Order on the
Payment Page which is found on the following page after you fill out the
billing and delivery address.
Once you have checked that the
addresses are correct and selected which postage method you would like,
and are sure you wish to proceed with your order, select Money Order and
click on the continue button below and your order will be placed with us.
We will then send you an email confirming your order, and our address to
send the money order to.
Money Orders can be purchased at any
Australia Post Outlets. Money Orders must be made out to Aussie Sheep
and Wool Products.
Attach your Money Order to a print out
of your Order Confirmation which is sent to you via email with the subject
of Receipt of Order which is sent to you after you place an order with us,
mail it to the address that is listed on the order confirmation page.
IMPORTANT:
Money orders are to be made out for the Total cost of the Order which will
include the cost of Postage & Handling. Cheques or Cash will
not be accepted!
Your Order will not
be processed or dispatched until Aussie Sheep and Wool Products
has received your money order. If after 10 business days
we haven’t received the money order, we reserve the right to cancel your
order, and you will be notified of this by email via the email address you
provided.

Note: As we do not put aside
products for orders that are being paid by money orders, if any product/s
of your order is no longer in stock by the time your money order has been
received, cleared and deposited to our bank, If this happens you will be
notified by email.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you simply change your
mind or make a wrong decision. Claims against short or incorrect delivery
and faulty products will only be honoured if lodged within 7 days of
delivery.
ASWP only sell Quality Products. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase (i.e.) you have ordered the wrong
style or the sizing is incorrect, we will exchange your goods for another
product as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving them.
They must be in as new condition.
Money refunds will be granted less the
initial postage and insurance costs. A re-stocking fee of $12 is
payable if you choose to return your goods for a complete refund. This is
not negotiable.
We must be notified about any return of product within seven days of
receipt of goods. The Cost of return Shipping to and from will also be
Payable by the customer. Please take the time to ensure your order is
Correct.
Allowable refunds will be credited to your credit card account less 10%
GST and any handling fee pre charged.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately.
you will be charged 10% cancellation fee. All products are processed and
despatched within 1 day of receiving your order. Once orders are processed
NO cancellation will be accepted.
GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
All overseas Internet generated orders are sent to you via Australia
Post by Air Mail, or locally via Australia Post or Courier unless
otherwise specifically requested.
Aussie Sheep and Wool take all care with the packaging and dispatch of
your order, however we are not responsible for loss or damage during
transit, once the order is passed to the carrier.
Should you wish to have your order insured or registered for safer
delivery, you need to notify us in the customer instructions section of
the Online Order Report. Additional charges for this service will be
added to your account.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and
return the product unworn, in its original condition with its packaging
intact. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and
goods receipt.
In cases where the person who is returning or exchanging a
product, and isn't the original purchaser of the
product/s please contact Aussie Sheep & Wool Products by email or
phone for further steps.
All shipping or postage costs associated with the
return or exchange of products remain the responsibility of the
customer.
